Rix Ronday has been navigating esports contracts since 2016–2017, starting with his own negotiations as a professional Rocket League player. He went on to win the Gfinity Elite Series twice — one of the most prestigious RL competitions in Europe — before transitioning into player representation full-time.
Not content with just knowing the game, Rix studied law from 2021, graduating from Universiteit Leiden with a Tax Law Bachelor summa cum laude and a Law Bachelor cum laude. That legal expertise is what sets The Ronday Agency apart — every contract is reviewed and negotiated with genuine legal knowledge behind it.
